Ordering and delivery
Please note! The order must be received by us before 12:00 the day before delivery. For delivery on Monday, we must receive the order on Saturday. We cannot deliver on Sundays and public holidays as the store is closed.
Delivery in Copenhagen - 100 DKK (light green area on the map)
Delivery in Greater Copenhagen - 130 DKK (dark green area on the map)
To the province we can deliver with Danish freight forwarders for 425 DKK. Tuesday-Friday (outside short area)
Delivery will preferably take place within normal store opening hours.
Delivery for funerals will of course be carried out on time when the order is received before 12:00 noon the day before the funeral.
Safety and security
There is a 14-day right of withdrawal on all items except fresh flowers. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We guarantee delivery of first class goods. Any complaints should be addressed immediately to our store on tel. 33 15 26 11.
